Can’t find an answer?
An annual filing confirming the information Companies House holds about your company (directors, address, shareholders, PSCs, SICs etc.) is correct. It replaced the Annual Return.
All UK limited companies and LLPs, including dormant and non-trading companies. Directors are legally responsible for ensuring it's filed.
